皆さんこんにちは！
すっかり冬の匂いがしてきましたが、いかがお過ごしですか？
弊社では10月よりチーム制が新しくなり、
セクション1、セクション2が誕生しました。
今回は、セクション1のチーム方針などをチーム員のIが
ざっくりと、さっくりと、さくさくっとお届けします！
まず重要な指針となるチーム方針から。
エンターテイメントをお届けする会社ということもあり、
話し合いの末決まったのがこちら。
One for All, All for “ファン”
この方針には
チーム内や社内はもちろんのことクライアントやアライアンスなどROCKに関わる全ての方々に対して配慮を忘れない思いやりの精神を大切に、自分たちの“ファン“を増やし、彼らのために心を込めた仕事をする。さらに関わる方全員を楽しませる“ファン”の心を常に持っているチームでありたい。
というチーム全員のメッセージを込めています。
常にこの方針を胸に刻み、日々精進していきたいと思います！
ほかにセクション1が取り入れて行きたい活動のひとつが
毎週水曜日のランチ会。
これはチーム内のコミュニケーションの活性化を目的としています。
会社の近くの美味しいお店を探すのも密かな楽しみの一つです。
またメンバー全員がチーム作業の担当を持っています。

それぞれがリーダーとして作業を管理し
チーム内、社内の作業が滞りなくできるよう責任を持って取り組みます。
さて駆け足でご説明してきましたが
セクション1は2に比べ平均年齢も高く、紅一点の私を除いて全員メンズです。
そこを活かした渋みと貫禄のあるチームへとブラッシュアップしたいと思います！

Winter’s Greetings to everyone!
Since last October, ROCK INC. has established a new system within a company. Now the company has been divided into two sections, namely, Section 1 and Section 2. Let me roughly explain what it’s all about.
First of all, about the policy.
Because ROCK INC. is an entertainment company, we’ve entitled our policy as, “One for All, All for “Fun/Fan”
About the policy:
As an entertainment producer, our main goal is to increase the total number of “fans”. We shall never forget to always present some “fun” to the audience as well as to all related associates. With compassion and consideration, we’d like to keep caring not just each other, but also with our client and alliance partners.
To revitalize our communication skill within the team, we’ll add a new activity every Wednesday, a lunch party. Looking for a delicious restaurant in neighborhood is indeed, very “fun”.
In addition, here’s what we’ve decided for each member’s role within a team.
Main Leader → Mr. T
Cleaning Chief → Mr. S
Blog Editor →Ms. I
Document Supervision →Mr. M
Minutes/Agenda Reader →Mr. O
Each team member will manage his/her role as a leader and take responsibility to ensure that all tasks within the team and/or company will be done without any delay.
Section 1 has a slightly higher age average than Section 2, meaning we need to be more responsible for everything we do.
And last but not least, I’d like to promise that all members of Section 1 will be brushed up with astringency and dignity, as a main leader, I swear.
